Refund and Replace Policies

“SEABIRD promises that if it meets the following conditions, refund and replace requirements are available within 15 days since the day of sell(take the date of receive as the criterion). Please contact the related shopping place directly to deal with refund or replace matters.”

1. The refund requirement is available under any one of the following conditions.

  • Within 7 natural days since the receive, it has no effect on the second sale, if the products have no manufacturing defects, the outer packages, accessories, extra gifts and specifications are complete without any artificial damage.
  • Within 7 natural days since the receive, obvious manufacturing defects are found before using the products.

There are still unartificial quality problems after replacing once.

2. SEABIRD has the right to refuse the refund requirements of the clients under any one of the following conditions.

  • Ask for refund requirements after 7 natural days of deadline.(Count from the receive).
  • No proof of purchase or receipt is provided. Fake or alter the receipt.
  • Insufficient products. Incomplete outer packages, accessories, extra gifts and specifications or the appearances of the products are artificially stained.
  • Tear up or alter the label, serial number of the machine, the waterproof mark, the anti-fake mark or so on.
  • Crash or burn not owing to the internal quality of products; Quality problems owing to artificial refit, insults(water, oil, sand and so on), improper use, usage without specifications and improper operation.
  • Damaged by fire, flood, lightning strike, traffic accidents or other force majeure.
  • Not sending off the corresponding objects within 7 natural days after contacting SEABIRD and confirming the refund service.

3. The replace requirement is available under any one of the following conditions.

  • Within 15 natural days since the receive, obvious manufacturing defects are found before using the products.
  • Within 15 natural days since the receive, the product can not work normally according to the specification or under the guidance of technical staffs after the unpacking. Or there are unartificial quality problems.
  • There are still unartificial quality problems after replacing once.
  • The clients find products’ damage caused by transportation, when checking the products before deliveryman’s face.
  • There are obvious discrepancies between the received products and the description of it.

4 .We have the right to refuse the replace requirements of the clients under any one of the following conditions.

  • Ask for replace requirements after 15 natural days of deadline.(Count from the receive.)
  • No proof of purchase or receipt is provided. Fake or alter the receipt.
  • Insufficient products. Incomplete outer packages, accessories, extra gifts and specifications or the appearances of the products are artificially stained.
  • There are no internal quality problems by testing from technical department.
  • Crash or burn not owing to the internal quality of products; Quality problems owing to artificial refit, insults(water, oil, sand and so on), improper use, usage without specifications and improper operation.
  • Tear up or alter the label, serial number of the machine, the waterproof mark, the anti-fake mark or so on.
  • Damaged by fire, flood, lightning strike, traffic accidents or other force manure.
  • Not sending off the corresponding objects within 15 natural days after contacting SEABIRD and confirming the replace service.
  • No damage certificates issued by the transport company are provided owing to damage cause by transport.
