Warranties

The three after-sale commitments(Repair, Replace and Refund) of SEABIRD Motion Camera are strictly based on “Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Consumers’ Rights and Interests” and “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Product Quality”. The service contents are as follow:

  • Within 7 days since the day of receive, refund or replace service is available, if the product has functional fault which is confirmed by Sanzang Electronic Technology After-saleService Center.
  • Within 15 days since the day of receive, refund or free maintenance service is available, if the product has functional fault which is confirmed by Sanzang Electronic Technology After-sale Service Center.
  • Within 12 months since the day of receive, free maintenance service is available, if the product has functional fault which is confirmed by Sanzang Electronic Technology After-sale Service Center.

Non-warranties

The following conditions(but not limited to following) are not part of available service scope of “the Three After-sale Commitments”:

  • Unauthorized maintenance, misuse, crash, neglect, abuse, insults of liquid, accident, modification, improper use of accessories belonging to other converters or tear up, alter the sticker or the anti-fake mark.
  • Out of validity of the three after-sale commitments.
  • Damaged by fire, flood, lightning strike or other force manure.
